kitchen and living/dining shared with one other person (male).
1 bathroom with shower, 1 downstairs toilet.
2 mins to brixton station (Victoria line for the win!!!), lots of buses near by.
20 mins to Euston, 25 mins to Holborn, 25 mins to Moorgate.
2 sainsbury's less than a min away!!!!!
Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants super nearby- under 5 mins to Brixton Village, Electric Avenue, and clubs.
The details:
15 Sept-14 Oct- dates negotiable for start of sublet but end date cannot be extended, sorry!
928£ for the entire time (bills aren't included but we're open to negotiating on this!)
Looking for someone that would be ok with my friend slowly moving out of the flat- *things would NOT be stored in your room* we'd be super mindful of your space, give you lots of notice, and visit max 3 times to quickly grab stuff :))
We're also happy to provide bedding and towels! If you're keen pop me a message! Doing viewings on Wednesday
