Bright Double w/ Spare Room/Office, Garden & Cat

Hey there, I am sadly moving out of this amazing 2 bed maisonette ground floor house, so I'm helping my flatmate find someone to take my room.

About the house:
We are in a really great area for transport links:
- 6 min walk to Loughborough Junction station for the Thameslinelink
- 15 min walk to Brixton tube
- 20 min walk to Stockwell tube
- 25 mins to Denmark Hill overground

The house is really well looked after with a private landlord who is very attentive to any issues. The kitchen has been recently redone and comes with a dishwasher, large fridge and washer dryer.

My flatmate Becky has the most gorgeous cat Nala who is a real gem to live with. So hopefully you like cats! (Unfortunately we can't have any more pets in the house though).

We have a nice big living room and dining area with a fab garden with lovely decking. There are also two sheds and lots of storage in the house too.

As well as a large furnished bedroom with wonderful morning sun, we also have the spare room which we share as an office. Becky works from home 3 days a week, so ideally you would WFH 2 days but fine if it’s more. There is also a futon sofa bed in there that can be folded out for guests.

Rent is £1000 and bills are around £170 a month.

About your potential flatmate Becky:

She is 29 and works as a HR manager. She is into the gym, running and travelling and likes a glass of wine but also chilling on the sofa watching Netflix. She is keen to be friends with whoever moves in and it to be a relaxed home environment.

Ideal move in date is 26th/27th October but we can be flexible.
