Looking for new flatmate in Brixton

Hi, I'm Joe. I'm a 27 year old single finance professional from the US and looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is leaving. I'm looking for someone who is a young professional as well, and someone who enjoys going out but also lives a fairly healthy life. I work out 3-4x a week, and travel once or twice per month on the weekends. I work hybrid and am home 2-3 days per week. I like to keep the place very clean. I enjoy going to the pubs, walking home from work, and getting out and enjoying London on the weekends. I also love going to shows. I have friends & girls over from time to time, and occasionally would have some friends from America who would stay a few days. I enjoy gaming on xbox as well and often play with friends. I usually get home from work/gym around 8 or 9 and go to bed between 1-2.

The apartment is 2 bed and 2 bath with south facing windows and a huge kitchen. We get a ton of natural light. The bed is king size, there is a wardrobe, and the place is fully furnished. In unit washer/dryer & dishwasher. Council tax and utilities/wifi come out to an additional £150ish a month. Right next to Brixton village, tons of food and nightlife next door. 6 minute walk to train station. Straight into central or the city. 25min or less. Gated, new apartment complex with a concierge who can receive packages on your behalf.
