Sunny & spacious double room in Brixton ☀️

We have a double room in our four bedroom share house available from the 1st October. The house is less than a 10 minute walk to Brixton station and only a minutes walk from Brixton market, shops, cafes and bars!

The house is huge, with a big cozy lounge, a big kitchen with lots of storage, two bathrooms, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The available room is super spacious, with gorgeous floorboards, great natural light, a built in wardrobe and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, sideboard and desk.

We unfortunately do not have an outdoor space, but we are minutes away from various parks (Ruskin, Brockwell, Loughborough).

We are looking for a young professional female, of a similar age (25-30) who is clean and tidy, sociable, easy going and keen to be a part of our house! Queer friendly

We would love to find someone who appreciates their own space but is also down to hang out occasionally, whether that be watching a film, having dinner together etc.

You'll be sharing the house with 3 others (1 couple, and living across from 1 other person).

Bills are not included in the price listed, but will come to around £115 extra each per month, which covers council tax, wifi, electricity water, netflix etc
