This is a two bedroom two bathroom flat. You'll be sharing with a sociable male flatmate who works at times from home. The flat contains kitchen/living room areas, winter garden and a laundry room. Additionally, there's a secure bike room downstairs. The flat is on the fourth floor of a modern development near Brixton Academy, just about 5 minute walk from Brixton Station.
I've lived in the flat since 2020 and my current flatmate will be moving out hence I'm looking for a new flatmate. The current lease (renewed each year since 2020) will expire at the end of June 2025. There should be an option to extend it as we did three times already,

Additionally to the monthly rent, there are also bills and council tax to be paid (roughly £180 monthly).
