Hi I’m Chris and I’m looking for a someone to join me in my lovely flat in Brixton. It’s a great location just a 3 minute walk from Loughborough Junction and 8 minute walk from Brixton station. It’s close to the buzz of Brixton while also being far enough away to get some peace.

The flat has a great garden, perfect for hosting BBQs or chilling in the sun with a book. The room is a south facing double so gets plenty of natural light and the flat has all the usual amenities you’d except. It’s facing away from the main road so is nice and quiet.

I’m looking for a friendly and clean housemate and am happy chilling together in the evenings or enjoying our own space if we need it. I’ve no problem with guests or people staying over, this will be your home too and I want it to feel that way!

Rent is £1050 pcm with bills around another £200. I’m looking for someone to sign up for at least 1 year.
