Double room available in 3 bed flat split level maisonette in Brixton (ex local authority). It is about 5 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of Brixton yet very close to bars, restaurants and all major amenities.

You will be living with 2 other LGBTQI+ professional guys 42 and 35 easy going and up for a laugh (but not party animals) One of the guys lives in France but is in London only 1 week per month so effectively be sharing with just 1 gay guy.

The flat has a modern kitchen fitted with dishwasher and washing maching machine, fridge freezer etc. seperate living/dinning room and seperate bathroom and toilet. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space.

Normal process in terms of rent being paid in advance and 4 weeks deposit required when you move in. Available from the 1st of November but looking for the right person rather than just filling it so can be flexible with the move in date.
