🏠 The second bedroom in this 2 bedroom flat is available to rent from the 16th July. The rooms are on a slightly different level to one another and at opposite ends of the flat so each room feels private. The flat has a split shower and toilet, a living room/kitchen/library. It’s cosy, light, and the neighbours are friendly (I've also had the carpet replaced recently so it's even nicer than the photos!)

☕️ 🍺 🎨 The flat is super conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Brixton tube, at the start of the (empty) Victoria line, and lovely coffee shops, punvs, supermarkets, a Crossfit gym, the high street, nice brunch spots, all about 30 seconds away!

🌳 Brockwell Park is also a 15 minute walk and Kennington Park is a 5-10 minute bus.

😌 You couldn't be better located in Brixton while also living on a quiet street and with thoughtful neighbours.

🏄 A bit about me: I do the normal pubs and art galleries stuff, I also volunteer locally and I've set up my own business recently so spend a bit of time on that. When not in London I am often hiking, camping, surfing, or otherwise being outdoors - there is plenty of space in the car if that is your kind of thing too.

🙌🏻 A bit about the ideal flatmate: someone who is relaxed in the place, maybe wishes to share cook the odd meal, and is happy to have a dog living here. It's nice to chat and share a bit about our lives while living together too - with any overlap of hobbies being a bonus.

💰 All bills are included including netflix/amazon/high speed internet with booster for this room + a cleaner every 2 weeks
