Social house looking for a fourth housemate

Hey! We are Mark (25M), Sophy (26F) and Harry (27M) three young professionals looking for someone to replace our housemate Eve, who is moving in with her boyfriend! This would be a replacement on our joint tenancy - not a sublet - which lasts until August 2025.

Mark and Harry (and Eve) have lived together for the past 2ish years, with Sophy joining about a year ago. Mark and Harry are both civil servants, and Sophy works for YouGov.

We’re a close knit, sociable and slightly chaotic house - so we want someone we can be friends with as well as a housemate, and make the flat feel like a home.

With this in mind, it’s also worth saying that we are an LGBTQ+ friendly household and it’s a non negotiable that with live with someone who shares these values.

The house has a kitchen, separate living/ dining room, a large bathroom and separate toilet. There is plenty of room to work from home and we do a mix of both!

The room is on the first floor of the flat and has a large window. The room is £805 per month and we pay in £100 for bills which includes all the regular stuff but also cleaning supplies/toilet roll and a healthy spice collection.

The house is 3 minutes from Brixton tube station so it’s a great location for commuting and travelling.

Unfortunately we can’t consider students or short term lets.
