I’m moving out of my lovely flat and looking for someone to replace me at the beginning of January! (Can be flexible end of Dec)
The room
It’s a spacious double room with a built in wardrobe and two bedside tables which is great for storage. There’s also room for a desk if you WFH. The other room has a en-suite so you’d get the main bathroom all to yourself!
The flat
A spacious, light and airy modern flat which gives a homely vibe with a good sized kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher! There’s lots of cupboard space and worktop space if you’re into cooking. Theres a great addition of a balcony which faces out onto a park and catches the afternoon sun. The building also has bike storage.
Bills
Rent is £975 and bills including council tax, hot water, electricity, internet come to approximately £200 on top.
The area
It’s a quiet neighbourhood considering how well connected it is! Closest tube is Oval which is a 15 min walk away. 20 minute walk to Brixton and Stockwell, buses (3, 59, 159, 133, 185 etc) on the doorstep to almost anywhere in London. If you want the train Loughborough Junction is 20 mins walk and on the Thameslink line.
You’ll be living with a 30 year old female friendly professional. She is looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home and a relaxed base, with your own activities and independent life outside of the flat too. Ideally you’ll work full time and not fully from home.
