1 room in 2 Bed flat, Electric Avenue Brixton

Hello! I’m looking for someone to replace my flatmate Dec/Jan - March who I (hopefully) click well with.

A bit about me:
I'm 31 and work at BBC Sport. I’m very lucky to have friends near by so I’m often out with them at the pub or they’re over to ours or I to theirs for dinner!

What I’m looking for:

Another girl who wants to be friends with the person they live with not just flatmates who pass in the corridor, but also gets when another person needs their alone time and space.

Someone who’s tidy and clean and will do their fair share. Someone who likes to have fun, likes the pub and generally someone with good vibes so living together is fun!

The flat:
It’s a double bedroom apartment on Electric Avenue and both bedrooms are big doubles with wardrobes and beds provided. There’s a shared lounge / kitchen / diner and a bathroom with a bath.
*Very important*
The front bedroom is on the side of the market so it can be noisy so just be aware of that! It’s not crazy bad but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and suburban - this isn’t the place!

The market traders and shops set up at 7am mon - sat but the street quietens down in the evenings most of the time.
