Double room in Brixton!

Hiya!

We have a double room available in our flat situated in Brixton from 30th Nov. Our flatmate Emma is moving out into her own place after living here for 5 years!

We're looking for a girl to take her room who is clean and tidy, respectful of shared space and is also up for a wine/cocktail every so often as a flat 🙂

A bit about us:
There are two of us living in the flat both of us are in our mid to late 20s. Britta is a kiwi working as researcher in central London and Mimi is a German finishing her Masters degree in design!

The room:
Double room which is £600 a month. Bills (WiFi, energy, council tax, water) are an additional £100-150 a month (approx) and this will reduce over the summer time. Furniture is included (double wardrobe with 4 draws and a bedside chest of draws). The deposit is £750 and deposited in a protection scheme as typical. We have a private landlord Karl, who is super lovely and is really good about getting any issues fixed.

The flat/shared space:
You would be sharing a modern bathroom with Mimi (shower pressure is good). There is a shared rooftop accessible from Mimi's room. There is a large shared kitchen/living area with washing machine/tumble dryer and all the usual appliances.

Available from: Saturday 30th November (6 month contract and then rolling).

Transport/area:
Flat is 3 min walk to Brixton village, 8 minute walk to tube, close to buses, and plenty of supermarkets around.

Viewings:
We're looking to do viewings the week beginning the 19th November. We want to decide on a new flatmate asap.
