Two cosy rooms in central Brixton!

Hello!

We are four girls in our late twenties looking for two people to move in from the beginning of January, as two of us are moving out.

We’re on the look out for flatmates who are friendly, kind and clean. Whilst we all have busy lives, we like getting together for movie nights, weekend coffee dates and some spontaneous karaoke. We all started off as strangers and have become friends, so we’re hoping to create the same magic again.

You’ll be living with Beth (Architecture, loves bright colours, pottery and hot yoga) and Ashleigh (Film, loves cooking, karaoke and movie nights and on occasion a random dance party). We’re a flat who are super open and welcoming, and are LGBTQIA+ friendly and anti-racist.

Bedroom 1: £745

This is the biggest in the flat, north facing. It comes fully furnished with a bed side table, chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a shelving unit, a desk and chair.

Bedroom 2: £670

This room comes with a built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Can leave the handing coat rail too.

About the flat:

We’re a 7 minute walk to Brixton station, a stone-throw to Brixton Village, with lots of bus routes nearby heading into Clapham, Dulwich, Peckham and central. Brixton has loads of bars, restaurants and shops, just a 15 minute walk to Brockwell park in Herne Hill (which has a nice market on Sundays!). We live opposite a park with a nice green view from both bedroom windows. Both rooms also get to see a lovely sunset. We feel safe living here, especially when we get back late.

Bills: Bills are not included, they usually come to £80 a month (a little more in the winter) which includes: council tax, internet, electric, gas and water.

The flat: 4 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, a shared living/dining/kitchen area. We also have a cute south-facing balcony :)

One room: 1st January and the other room: 13th January (flexible depending on which room you want)

We will be holding viewings in the evenings over the next two weeks, starting next week.
