En suite bedroom with balcony

Our housemate’s off traveling, so we’re looking for someone to move into the master bedroom in our 3rd-floor flat with a great view over London.

Location:
We’re right by Loughborough Junction Thameslink (3-minute walk) and a 15-minute walk to Brixton tube—super easy for getting around.

The Flat:
There’s a shared kitchen/living area that opens onto a big wrap-around balcony, which is v v nice for relaxing outside in summer. We also have a shared upstairs bathroom, storage room and downstairs washing/drying room.

Bills:
Council tax is £78 a month each, plus shared bills.

About Us:
We’re mates from uni who’ve been living here a few years now —I’m veggie, Fred’s vegan so there’s usually something decent going on in the kitchen.

Fred works from home full-time, and I’m in the office a few days a week, so we’ve got a good balance going. We’re both sociable and often out a few nights a week, but also enjoy a chilled night in. We’re looking for someone easygoing, friendly, and who keeps things clean/ tidy.
