My housemate is moving home after 4 years in our lovey Brixton flat, looking for someone to take her room so I can stay. Room available from Jan 28th 2025 but contract will need to be signed end of Dec/early Jan. Rent is £1100 + bills.

🛌 The room is a beaut double loft room with lots of space, landing area, skylight and separate walk-in wardrobe. Comes with bed & mattress and housemate is willing to sell the chest of drawers if you would like it.

🏡 The flat is a bright 2 bed 1 bath on the third floor. Was fully renovated before we moved including brand new kitchen (+ dishwasher). We rent the flat unfurnished but we have furniture that can stay, or can be relaxed with yours if you prefer.
5 minute walk from Brixton station for the Victoria line. 15 minutes to Clapham North for Northern line. On multiple bus routes and other mainline stations nearby (Brixton, Loughborough Junction).

I keep myself busy most evenings/weekends but keen to find someone that wants to spend time together when we’re not busy doing our own thing.
