Huge Room In Electric Avenue

Hi! There's a spacious room available at our homely 3 bedroom flat just a minute away from Brixton station. Perfectly located if you don't mind living in a lively area.

The bedrooms are big but there's no living room. We have a big shared balcony which is perfect for summer. The room is the biggest in the flat and comes unfurnished, it very comfortably fits a double bed and a big desk with plenty of extra space.

Bills come at around a £135 each monthly, and that covers wifi, gas and electric, water and council tax.

The new contract needs to be signed for the 1st Jan, but we can be flexible with the move in date.

We have a shared bathroom with a bath, a kitchen and all necessary amenities as well as two fridges! We are a mostly veggie household, but we don't mind if you're not! We have a chores rota and would like to live with someone who's equally clean and respectful.

We really love the flat, and so in January we will be resigning a one year contract, with no a break clause. This will require a deposit (the price of the room).

We would prefer living with a girl/non binary person as this flat exudes girl vibes and we would like to keep it that way hashtag sorry boys xoxo

We are Isabella and Aurélie. Isabella is a passionate journalism graduate who currently works at the local paper, amongst many other creative jobs! I'm Aurélie and I work in the public sector with some annoying unsocial hours. Both of us mainly work out of the house but there's plenty of space for someone to work from home (although being right on Brixton Market means it can get a bit loud during the day).

We really enjoy each others company and often hang out after work to chill out and would love to have someone join who could be part of our little flat circle. Having said that, we also both have friends over regularly for dinners/just to hang out but this isn't a party flat, although when it comes to celebrations we do like to have a fun time! :) We are both creative in our spare times and welcome anyone with creative hobbies/pursuits!
