Brixton double room

Double room available from January near Brixton/Stockwell/Camberwell. The room is nice and light, and has its own walk-in wardrobe – so there’s plenty of storage space. It could come furnished or unfurnished (our flatmate will sell or leave the bed and desk as needed). It’s right next to a large bathroom with a bath and shower (which would mostly be yours as we have another upstairs).

The flat is spread over 3 floors:
- Ground floor: large kitchen/dining room and bathroom
- 1st floor: your bedroom, bathroom (w/ bath and shower), spacious living room and outdoor patio space
- 2nd floor: 2 more bedrooms and bathroom

The outside area is an amazing hosting space in summer and we have a BBQ and table tennis table.

We're two brothers who live together. I work from home 1 day a week and Jake most days. We’re usually out in the evenings half the week, but will eat together and watch something when we’re both in. We’re both very easygoing, and looking for someone fun and friendly to join us.

c.10 min walk to Brixton tube, 15 mins to Stockwell, <10 mins to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink). Near 2 really good pubs – the Crown & Anchor and the Grosvenor Arms.
