~£1000 deposit - double room on the 2nd floor. Sharing bathroom with one other female. Room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Available from 1st December.

The house itself is large with an open living/dining room, long galley kitchen and private back garden.

There are currently 1 females and 3 males (2 queer/gay) in the house and we're looking for another female to keep the balance. We're all very easygoing, sociable and hang out together around the house and for drinks, but equally all have busy lives outside the house so looking for someone similar
