Hello, we are letting the second bedroom of our modern 2 bedroom flat in Brixton (5 min walk from tube). Our friend who is currently living with us is leaving to go travelling.

We are a sociable couple; Sunshine (25) Apprentice ESG Consultant and Fabian (25) Office Investment. Both in the office 4-5 days a week. We are both super chill, hang out with friends some evenings but also enjoy a quiet night in cooking / watching shows including The Office, Gilmore Girls (some reality trash tv). Would love to be friends with our housemate and also appreciate personal space.

- Deposit: 1 months rent
- Rent (including bills) £1,150 per month
- 1 months notice period
- We are live-in landlords (we have had a housemate since we moved in so are used to sharing the space)
