Short Term Let, Big Double Room On Electric Avenue

I'm looking for someone to take over my room here on a short term let until March.

There's flexibility to move in in December, but no later than 2nd January.

From January 2nd the rent is £950 a month, but December will be a lot cheaper which we can work out.

Bills are roughly £150 a month.

I've loved living here and my flatmate is amazing - she's in her early 30's, works for BBC Sport, loves a good time as much as a chill time, and we became close friends immediately when she moved in. I'm only moving out as I'm moving in with my boyfriend down the road.

The room is a huge double and comes with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and full length mirror.

The flat is on the first floor above a shop on Electric Avenue, and since it's on this amazing street you do get some noise from the shops, but it quietens down in the evening

I work from home and it doesn't disrupt my meetings - just something you need to be aware of!
