A London base whilst you look for your new home!

If you're looking to move to London and need a base whilst you do viewings or you're in between places this could be ideal for you!

The main info:

- The flat is on Electric Avenue in Brixton above one of the shops, so under a minute walk to Brixton tube station on the Victoria line.

- The room is available from December 15th until the end of March.

- It's a minimum of 4 weeks staying with a 2 week notice so we can fill the room.

- You won't need to pay a deposit, but you'll need to pay 4 weeks rent + bills up front minimum.

- The rent is £950 pcm, and bills are £150 (water / electric / internet / council tax), totalling at £1,100 a month.

- Gas is on a paid card and is paid as and when you need it, which you and Beth will work out between you, but we put £30ish a month on it as the flat retains heat really well

- A weekly breakdown of that is £254.

- The room includes a double bed, large wardrobe, and has an internal lock on the door.

Please be aware that the photo shown of the bedroom is what the room looked like when I lived in it and obviously I will have moved my things out when you view it.

About me / my flatmate:

I've loved living here and my flatmate is amazing - she's in her early 30's, works for BBC Sport, loves a good time as much as a chill time, and we became close friends immediately when she moved in. I'm only moving out as I'm moving in with my boyfriend down the road.

Beth works from home a few days a week and travels a lot too, and is logged in to pretty much every streaming service on the TV.
