I’m travelling out of the country and looking for a sublet for my ensuite room. It’s part of a house share and you will have access to a large kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry facilities downstairs.

The room is well lit and gets lots of sun, which is great, especially in the winter. I also have a piano, a Mustang GTX-50 amplifier and a stack of books you are welcome to use!

This is ideal for anyone looking for a sublet close to central with great connectivity. Nearest tube stations are Loughborough Jn Thameslink, Brixton, Stockwell and Oval. There is a bus stop 8-minute walk away. You are only 12 minutes bus ride away from Victoria and 20-25 minute away from Waterloo/London Bridge.

There is a Tesco and Sainsbury within a 10 minute walk, and a few cosy cafes within 5 minute radius. It’s within walking distance to Brixton Beach, O2 and other clubs in Brixton so you can really enjoy the nightlife.

My flatmates are friendly and quiet.
