The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom. I can add whatever else you need really. The flat has a spacious, shared living area and kitchen. Prefer to start with short-term with potential for long term tenance.
I'm 31 and just an easy-going landlord. I'm looking for a dependable/responsible flatmate as you'll have the flexibility to enjoy the flat on your own during my work/leisure travels over the coming months - may be out for weeks. I spend most of my time working, at the gym, eating out/shows and watching my beloved Arsenal. I have a cleaner every 2 weeks (can be weekly), fibre internet and all the major streaming services.
Details:
- One of the most desirable apartment complexes in Brixton, 5 minutes walk from Brixton underground station.
- 2nd floor flat with south-west facing balcony.
- Modern complex, very safe with concierge until 8pm
- Fully furnished, underfloor heating, secure bike storage on ground floor
Practicalities:
- I own the flat, so on hand to sort anything out. I will outsource fixes at my own cost.
- Photos are from previous owner, there are some changes to furniture... to look better.
Bills:
- £100 - £120 per month each, includes council tax, electricity, heating, water, TV, 1gbit internet. I will share the full invoice upon request. I am easy like that.
