Located on Stansfield Road - 7 mins from Brixton, 12 mins from Stockwell and 15 mins from Clapham North Station.
Large double bedroom with bay windows and a separate bathroom with own shower (see pics). Plenty of storage space and more than enough space in the room for a desk to work from home.
Flat is 1100 sq ft split over two levels, has very good sized kitchen/living & dining area, a utility room, plus a garden.
Rent is £1,400 per month including council tax, internet and water. Gas & electric bills on top. Plus deposit at the start.
Direct to landlord contract. Landlord has historically been fair and reasonable.
Little bit of info about me. I’ve lived here as a tenant since September 2024 and will continue renting here as I absolutely love it. I’m 34 years old and I’m an interior designer. I love being out and about; very often travel for work. Naturally I’m really sociable and enjoy entertaining but equally love a night in, cooking and then chilling with a glass of wine (or two)! Looking for a great new flatmate with similar interests and who will enjoy the place just as much.
