I'm moving out of my beautiful, spacious and bright double room in Brixton. The room and the flat in general gets a lot of light, especially during sunrise and sunset. The flat itself is gorgeous, peaceful and secure. We also have lovely neighbours.
You'd be sharing the flat with a girl in her early thirties, who is really friendly and easygoing.
The flat has a spacious living room with two sofas, tv and a dining table. The kitchen has everything you need and more. There's also a washing machine/ dryer as well as storage cupboard for additional storage.
The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure, a bath and a toilet. There’s also storage space for toiletries.

This would be ideal for a professional girl who would like to live in a peaceful home. Bills are around £200 during winter and £150 during the summer. Please state the date you'd be available to move in when getting in touch.
