Double room available 3 min walk from Brixton tube

We have a great room available from late Feb/early March with a bit of flexibility on timing. Tenancy ends on October 21st 2025. Non-negotiable: applicants must have a guarantor.

Three bed with one bathroom, and the room available will be the biggest of the three.

Rent is £1,125 per calendar month, payable on the 19th.

Bills add up to about £120 per person per month, for council tax, gas and electric, water, and wifi.

Second-floor flat in a brilliant location, 3 minute walk from Brixton tube station for the Victoria line, with a Sainsbury’s round the corner and a Lidl about a 10-15 minute walk away. Also very close to FitnessFirst gym.

Current flatmates are Will, 25M, and Alex 26M, two friends from uni. Will is a sports journalist at the Times, and Alex works in tech for Oracle. We're quiet, clean and tidy flatmates who enjoy exercising, cooking, video games, watching football, listening to music and going out.
