Cosy double room available in 3 bedroom flat

We have a double room available in our flat situated in Brixton/ Loughborough Junction from the 26th. I'm moving out and need someone to fill the room :)) We're looking for someone to take my room who is clean and tidy, respectful of shared space.

A bit about us: There are two current housemates not including myself, Conrad (27) who is a software engineer and works from home. Loves music, football and rugby! Kofi (27) who is a law graduate enjoys cooking, music, going out and socialising ! Both very lovely and have been wonderful to live with :)

The room: Double room which is £890 a month. Bills (WiFi, energy, council tax, water) are an additional £100-150 a month (approx) and this will reduce over the summer time. Furniture is included (Double bed with storage underneath, double wardrobe and a chest of draws). The deposit is £900 and deposited in a protection scheme as typical. We have a private landlord who is super lovely and is really good about getting any issues fixed. :)) Available from: January 26th. (6 month minimum stay on a 12 month contract) Transport/area: Flat is 10 min walk to Brixton village, 10 minute walk to Brixton tube station (Victoria line), the 35, 345 and the 45 bus stop right out the front of the Apartment. The train is a 30 second walk away (Loughborough Junction) and Denmark Hill overground 15 min walk away. 2 Co Ops right out the front, 1 Tesco express 2 minutes away and multiple take away shops within a 5 minute walk. There is a GP across the road as well.
