Flat: Second floor, 2 bed 2 bath period conversion on a quiet street. Only a 5 min walk to Brixton tube and 10-15min walk from both Stockwell and Clapham North tubes. Modern, well-equipped kitchen in an open plan living space.
Room/bath: Double bedroom and own-use of large main bathroom but not an ensuite (my room is the other end of the flat with an ensuite so main bathroom is all yours!). Fully furnished room with queen bed, hanging space and storage space above the bed - perfect space for a short-term sublet :)
About me:
Live-in landlord, 33F, full-time in the office, so likewise looking for a professional.
During the week, I generally tend to be busy socialising, playing social netball, gym or working, so not in the flat a huge amount. Looking for someone who similarly has their own thing going on, but happy to have a chat when we cross paths.
Have a cleaner come once a month and otherwise like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Rent is inclusive of all bills.
Open to a sub-letter just for a few weeks if you’ve just moved to London or in between flat (I’m Aussie so that was once me), but not looking for a long-term permanent tenant.
