Room in lovely home (Brixton)

Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving out of London, so we're looking for a new roomie!

Friendly house in Brixton. We have a living room where we hang out together, a big kitchen with a dining area and conservatory, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet, and a little garden to soak up some Vitamin D when the sun is out.

The room is furnished, just like the rest of the house, but we'd love someone who can add their personal touch. The more plants and art, the merrier!

We all get along and enjoy going out together, but we also appreciate the need for personal space and a calm living environment. Respecting each other's space is important. We call this place home, and we like to keep it clean and tidy for each other.

We value honesty, respect and kindness. We are an LGBTQIA+ and POC household, and we have no tolerance for any negative discrimination or hateful behaviours.

Brixton is a very special place for us; we love our neighbourhood, shop local, and treasure our community. That's why we seek someone not just here for the transport links or trendy bars but who genuinely appreciates its rich culture.

Bills are around £100 per month (Internet, TV License, Water, Gas & Electricity and Council Tax)
