My flatmate is moving to Australia, so I’m looking for someone to take her place in our cosy 2-bed flat in central Brixton — just a 7-minute walk to the station.

We’re holding viewings this week and ideally looking for someone who can move in before the end of October or early November.

The Room
• Bright and spacious with two large windows and lots of natural light
• Furnished (bed, wardrobe, etc.)
• Easily fits a desk and additional items
• Rent: £975 + approx. £195 bills = £1170 total

The Flat
• Open-plan kitchen and living area
• Mini balcony and access to a communal garden
• Calm, clean, and homely vibe — it’s a real home, not just a room

About Me
I’m Talitha — a singer-songwriter and comms professional. I work from home a few days a week and go into the office twice a week. When I’m not working or making music (I’m always considerate with noise), I’m usually out at music events, exploring food spots, travelling, or enjoying a quiet night in. I also spend time at my partner’s place, so the flat is often peaceful. Always up for a good chat over coffee or wine if that’s your vibe.
