1 bed flat on Brixton Rd

I am buying my own property and need someone to take over my lease from mid to late June 2025 for the remainder of the lease, which renews on 28 March 2026. There will be the option to renew the lease once it expires.
3rd floor flat (top floor) with lift.
It’s a great 1 bed flat, 3 mins walk from Brixton underground station.
The landlord owns the whole building and therefore has a dedicated maintenance team if needed.
The flat comes furnished but all the furniture you see in the photos is mine and does not come with the flat. Although I am looking to sell some of the bigger pieces at a good rate as it won’t fit in my new place.
