We’ve got a double room available in our 4 bed house.

The Room:
- Bright and airy with a large window with plenty of natural light
- Furnished with a double bed with storage underneath, large chest of drawers and bedside table

The house:
- 4 bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac street so very little foot/road traffic
- 1 large bathroom with lots of light and plenty of storage for toiletries plus an additional separate toilet
- Large living room area with comfy couches and a large TV
- Separate dining room with 5-seater table
- Large sunny garden with backyard furniture
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
- Large cellar to store bikes and unwanted items
- The lease is until October 2026 with no increase in rent until termination.

Location:
- 10 minute walk to Brixton, Clapham North and Stockwell stations
- Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby that my roommates and I visit
- Co-op, Sainsburys and M&S all a 5 minute walk away

Current household:
We are Alex (30) and Nick (27), we are 1 Brit and 1 Aussie looking for someone similar to us to fill our room. We like playing sports / being active such as football, gym, cycling, running, and have other hobbies like reading or gardening, as well as trips to the pub and nights out. We are very friendly and sociable, like to keep the place clean, tidy and looking nice.

The move in date is fairly flexible but would like someone within the next few weeks to a month.
