Friendly 3 bed house in Brixton - room available

We are currently a house of 3 female friends (and a cute kitty cat), but one of us is sadly leaving soon, so we are looking for a new housemate to join our home and hopefully a new friend too!

Our house is very homely and has a lovely big garden, and an unused parking space. We are located in a quiet culdesac, a couple of minutes away from Loughborough junction and about a 15 minute walk from Brixton tube station and Herne Hill / Brockwell Park. So great transport links via the overground and Victoria line.

We’re two fun loving gals, looking for another female (but can be flexible with this), who we can hang with, both for wholesome evenings, like house movie nights and dinners, but also fun stuff too! Oh and you must love cats (non negotiable).

The room available is a cosy unfurnished double room. One of the walls is painted purple, but if you would prefer it painted white, we can sort this ahead of the move. Can provide video if interested :)
