Hi there! I'm Hannah! I'm looking for someone to take over my housemate's room in our lovely flat from July 1st (can be slightly flexible either side of this date).
Its a large double bedroom in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat located on a quiet road a few minutes walk from Brixton station. Amazing location! The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living room, and a garden. The room is unfurnished (but if helpful my current housemate is happy to sell her bed). It can comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, with lots of space to walk around.
I'm 34 and I work for a charity focused on women’s and children’s health. It would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a nice balance of socialising and relaxing.
The rent for the room is £1100 per month + bills (roughly £200 per month).
