Bright double room in Brixton

Hey! I’m Ellie, I’m pretty social and always up for a pub trip, a night out, or a glass of rosé in the sun. I try to balance that out at the start of the week by regularly going to Brixton Rec Gym and paying for said fun! I work in Victoria three days a week and work from home the other two.

I’m looking for a laid-back but tidy housemate who also loves a pale rosé at the weekend.

The flat is a split-level maisonette set on the third floor and offers plenty of space and natural light. It features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, an office, and a balcony that gets the sun all morning & perfect for a cheeky spicy marg in the evening.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mirror, and chest of drawers. It has a built-in wardrobe, and there’s extra hanging space in the office too. The bed is an ottoman style, so there’s additional storage underneath. There’s also enough space for a small to medium-sized desk.

Brixton Underground is an 8-minute walk away, Brixton station (National Rail) is 5 minutes and Loughborough Junction (ThamesLink) is 10 minutes away. Plus, there are regular bus routes at the bottom of the road.

Bills aren’t included but usually come to around £160 per month.
