The room is nice and bright with plenty of space with a terrace on the same level. The Flatmate's are all in there mid to late 20's/Early 30's with a fun social vibe. You will be living with a 3 Kiwis a Brit and a Canadian. Looking for someone that will fit in well with the group.
Location is great on a 5 min walk to Brixton Station (Victoria line) and 10 min walk to Stockwell Station (Northern Line) and has lots of good food spots/ supermarkets (m&s, sainsburies & a big tesco) nearby.
Rent is £1,225 month plus bills (about £100 per month including a cleaner).
