Room In Brixton 🪩💛

We're looking for someone aged between 24 and 28 to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in central Brixton. Unfortunately no students, couples or pets please.

Rent is £1040 per month and we pay an extra £100 to cover all bills (less in summer). The room comes furnished. The flat is a 3 minute walk to Brixton tube station.

As this is a lease extension, you'll need to pay a deposit of circa £1000 (TBC), pass a rent check, and be committed to stay for at least six months.

You'll be living with me (Cailin) and Niamh who are both 25, friends from school and work as consultants.

We both do a mix of wfh and in the office. We love a coffee trip, a walk, a brunch, a pub, and a boogie. We are easy going and like to keep the house tidy. We would love to live with someone similar who wants to hang out as a flat and are sociable but also independent.
