I’m subletting my lovely double room in a spacious 2-bed flat for 6 months while I’m away travelling (flexible start from August/September, ideally through January or February).

The flat is in a beautiful converted school building with huge windows and tons of natural light. There’s a shared garden with a BBQ, and the neighbours are genuinely lovely — it feels like a little community.

You’d be sharing the flat with my close friend — she’s relaxed, respectful, and enjoys a calm, friendly home. Her bedroom is a mezzanine above the living room, and the bathroom is shared. The vibe at home is sociable but chill — ideal for someone who enjoys downtime but is up for the occasional chat. The flat is very much our home :)

5 mins to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink)

Close to all the amenities of Brixton but tucked away on a quiet street (you will wake up to the sound of birds).
