Location 📍: 12 min walk from Brixton station, 5 min from tesco express, 20min walk from Brixton superstore Tesco and lidl. Also 20min walk from camberwell lidl and Morrisons. Loads of other stores nearby as well.
Room 🛏️: fully furnished with double bed, beside table, wardrobe and lovely chair.
Flat 🏠: 3 bed one bath. Good sized kitchen and lots of storage. The heating is really good and the flat gets lots of light. The flat is in a complex with a code and is also by a school and church so super safe.
Rent details🤑: £900 a month including all bills except wifi which is £14.60. The lease is with an agency who only requires proof of bank statements. It’s minimum 4 months then 2 months notice.
