I am moving out of this flat unfortunately after 2 years.

The bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and room for a desk (pictured). Perfect for anyone working from home who loves their own space.

The rent is £1,000 per month including bills. We pay fixed bills each month so there is no variability, and this genuinely includes all bills, so it’s a great bargain. As we pay a fixed price for electricity and gas, we are fairly liberal with our heater.

You’ll be living with two girls- Ella and Jess. One is an accountant and the other is a nurse. Both mostly work from the office / hospital. They are both very relaxed and we enjoy catching up with each other although we also respect each others space.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria line) and a 5 minute bus from Oval station (Northern line).

Moving in can be flexible around 1 October. Our lease rolls over each year in February. The landlord is fantastic and deals with issues promptly.
