We are looking for a friendly girl to move into our house for a 1 year tenancy from 23rd October 2025- 22nd October 2026 (with the option of moving in slightly earlier)
🏠About the house:
The house is a 5 minute walk from Brixton station, there is a big Tescos and M&S near by and lots of gyms to choose from! There are lots of local pubs, with the Duke of Edinburgh only being a 5 minute walk away. It is a 10 minute walk to Clapham North station. It’s on the Victoria line so great connections into London.
The rent is £1040, the room is on the main floor and comes with a bed, side table and wardrobe, however you will need to provide your own desk if you need one. Bills come to around £75-£100 per month.
The house also has a small basement to store bikes and storage and a court yard garden!

We are close friends who met on Gals Who Graduate. We all work in the city and enjoy both pub nights out and cosy nights in. We also enjoy exploring London, going on runs and travelling.
💜About you:
We’re looking for a girl who is around 24-28, who has their own friendship circle but would also love to make friends in the house. You would need to be clean, friendly and sociable. You will also need to pass the landlord’s referencing and credit checks, provide the deposit and agree to the one year contract.
