I am looking for a lodger, whom I could trust to take a good care of my little home, as I need to be away a lot due to family & health reasons 🥲

- Available for lodgers for minimum 1 month
- Initial period from 20 Dec 2026 until 31 March 2027, but if it works out nicely, happy to continue
- 1 month deposit needed

- Built in 2019
- Private balcony, shared rooftop garden
- Windows overlooking a little park
- Dishwasher, espresso machine
- Washer & dryer, dehumidifier
- TV, Playstation
- Elliptical trainer, walking pad
- Superfast Wi-fi Internet

*LOCATION*

- 6 minute walk to Brixton underground station (Victoria line, 10 mins to central London)
- 12 min walk to Brockwell park, 15-20 min walk to Clapham common
- 2 min walk to Tesco superstore and within 10 min walk: Sainsbury’s, Lidl, M&S Foodhall

*ARRANGEMENT*

- All bills included: Electricity, heating, water, broadband, council tax, cleaning
- Cleaner for the whole flat in every 2 weeks
- Live-in landlord: Landlord needs to be away approx. 3 weeks each months (staying in the living room while in London), so you’d have often complete privacy.

*ABOUT ME*
- I’m a 35 year old auditor from Budapest
- my party days are over, I’m all about healthy lifestyle now: gym/Pilates every day, walking a lot, I don’t drink (but of course I don’t mind if you do!)
- I’m a bit of a clean-freak 🫣 I absolutely not expect you to be the same, but it would be a better fit for both of us, if you’d be somewhat similar in this: you feel good at home when your environment is nice and tidy, and not piling up unwashed dishes, laundry on the floor, oily stains on the kitchen counter etc 🥹
