Good sized double in our lovely Brixton home

Looking for a lovely housemate to join our lovely home in Brixton!

The People -
Hiya! We're Gemma & Maddy, SpareRoom acquiantances who've made the leap to friendship. We drink lots of tea, eat much cake, are slightly knitting obsessed and enjoy a sofa based chat anytime. But don't worry we do also leave the house sometimes and venture to the park, pub and other places.

Maddy (26) works in charity events and wfh 3 days a week.
Enjoys food, knitting and occasional exercise.

Gemma (28) works for an artist and is currently setting up a studio. An ex-chef who likes wombling, sewing and exhibitions.

We're looking for a fun human to become part of our home!

House -
Rent is £680pm + bills which are roughly £150pm including a cleaner who comes twice a month

Roughly 10 minute walk to Brixton tube and 5ish minute walk to Loughbourgh Junction if you're a speedy walker.

Move in date is 1st October so if you're lucky you might get to see the end of our tomatoes and courgettes from the garden, they're still going strong!
