It’s a big, 1st floor, 2-bedroom flat in Brixton, 2 mins walk from the tube.

* Fireplace (doesn’t work, but its nice)
* En-suite with a bath/shower
* Unfurnished
THE FLAT
* 2-bedroom flat
* Modern, freshly renovated kitchen
* 2 mins walk from Brixton tube station, lots of busses too
* Brand new M&S Foothill round the corner :)
* Pilates studio and gym round the corner, tennis courts too.
* Lots of pubs/bars/venues around.
* I also know the two girls in the flat below, and they’re lovely, we’re planning a lot of fun girlie nights
My flatmate wants to move out, but I love this flat so much I want to stay, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the room.
I am a young professional, just finished my masters at UCL. - very chill, clean, and friendly. I’m looking for somebody with the same vibe to move in.
The room is £1,100 ppm + bills (roughly £200/month)
