Double room in ex-council flat near Brixton Tube

We are offering a spacious double room in a modern, partially furnished 2-bedroom flat located in vibrant Brixton, just a 7-minute walk from Brixton Station, offering excellent transport links into central London and beyond.

The flat boasts views of the London skyline and features a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, both updated last year with a modern finish. It comes fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including all essential white goods, and a smart TV is included in the communal area.

You will be living with me, Leo, one of the two landlords. I am a 25 year old musician & guitar teacher. I am emotionally intelligent, easy to get along with, with an absurd sense of humour.

I'm in the house on many weekdays but mostly spend these days in my room. I'm often out in the evening at a gig. I like to cook but mostly do fairly quick one-pot meals.

My partner usually comes to stay for the weekends and and I have friends over in the sitting room in the daytime/evening on occasion.

Ideally I'd like to live with someone easygoing who doesn't take themselves too seriously and is emotionally intelligent and able to directly express any issues in a cooperative manner. As I occasionally have spells of depression and am on the ADHD side I'm hoping for someone not too perturbed by mess but also appreciative of the place looking nice (I have found setting aside an hour or so to have a quick sweep of the place together works well for me, I'm also willing to contribute to a biweekly cleaner.) Being a creative is a plus, being a musician even more so.

My work comes with some needs - I will need to host private lessons and very occasionally, rehearsals in the living room, for which I need the space for myself.

I also need to be able to practice quite frequently - if you are working from home you may find this distracting. (I keep this practice to daylight hours)
