Short term let in great house in Brixton 5-7 weeks

Hey friends, I’m subletting my room in Brixton 22 September to 10 November while I’m off to Germany for work.

This would make a great stop-gap room in London over the Autumn for a professional or mature student.

Double room (4’6 by 6’3 bed) in Brixton in a shared house of five (clean and adult!) guys, 7 min walk from Brixton tube, 10 min from Stockwell and Clapham North, but on a quiet street 😌

House also has:
- A large lounge, smart TV with literally all the apps
- Dining room / makeshift home office space
- Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer
- Downstairs and upstairs bathroom
- Garden patio

Looking to fill for as much of the period as possible but somewhat flexible on the dates.

My rent is £860 a month plus about £100 for bills but I’m open to negotiating on price for students or fellow creatives and freelancers 🙂

We do a communal weekly shop (saves a lot on groceries) and take it in turns to cook for each other Sunday-Wednesday. You can take part or opt out week by week.

We do veggie meals for each other as one of us is a vegetarian but no problem with meat in the house!
