I am going away for work for a while so looking to sublet my room. Great flat with lots of living space, fully furnished, 2 lovely housemates, Abbie and Caitlin. Both work partly from home and partly in the office. All enjoy a night in watching telly together but also have our own lives and friendship groups so can be quite independent.
Flat and room comes fully furnished and I can leave as much or as little in the room as you’d like (towels, bedding, etc).
5 min walk to Brixton tube station. 10 min walk to Loughborough Junction Thameslink. Close to parks, great cafes, bars, restaurants. Brixton Village market is on the doorstep.
Rent is £866.67 per month + bills (usually around £100pp, expected to go up slightly over the winter).
