Hello! I’m leaving a lovely 3-bed flat and I’m looking to fill my room! 725 + around £100 for bills every month, lovely private landlords on a former council estate 10 minutes from Stockwell tube or Brixton station. Well connected by buses as there’s a bus stop 2 mins away from the flat

Heidi, your potential new flatmate, is an absolute ray of sunshine who works in specialty coffee and is mad about tennis. She’s a busy bee and rarely in the flat and my other flatmate is moving out at the same time so looking for someone who is fairly independent.

It would be a new 12-month lease with a 6-month break clause. I’m responsible for council tax and water so ideally that would stay the same for whoever takes the room
