Safe Furnished Ensuite In Brixton

hello! looking for 1 flatmate to occupy an ensuite, furnished double bedroom in brixton available starting in october. rent is 1150 pcm + utilities, so youre looking at ~1250-1300 all in.

move-in date can be flexible from early-mid october. unit is a proper 2br2ba in a gated compound with shared courtyard + indoor bike garage. there is already a cat in the house, it’s used to humans but not other animals sorry.

all gender expressions welcome, i think matched living habits are more important here :) if you’re clean and tidy (but not quite ocd), not looking to join a party flat but fine with special-occasion dinners, and ok with an indoor cat, we might mash well. i wfh 2 days/week. i like to go out and explore london, but when i’m home i’m relaxed and quiet. i’ve had flatmates from diverse background prior (america, uk, india, japan, indonesia to count), and am still friends with all of them. happy to chat prior to get to know our boundaries/non-negotiables!
