My lovely flatmate is moving in with her equally lovely partner beginning of November - so I'm looking for someone to move in with me in our homey flat in Brixton 🙂
It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Brixton tube station & the train station. We’re right off the main street so the area is pretty quiet, but there’s SO MUCH amazing stuff to do and Brixton Village is right there. Rent is £1150 and approx £130 for bills + council tax (band B) depending on the time of year!
I’m looking for a flatmate who’s chill and considerate and likes to hang out but also appreciates alone decompression time! I also have a sweet cat named Peggy who loves to cuddle so hopefully you like her, too!
I’m 25, work in video games, go to karaoke nights and when it comes to my home life I love movie nights, baking, and chilling on our sunny balcony with some music!! We get so much natural light in this flat it’s bonkers.
I need to find someone by October 1st so please let me know if you’re interested and we can arrange a viewing/get to know each other better!
