Heya!

I’m subletting a room in my homely and beautiful flat on Electric Avenue, I have one amazing roommate, Ethan who is extremely chilled and lovely.
1 minute from the Victoria line, amazing variety of grocery shops literally outside your door! Close to so many good gig venues, the cinema is a minute walk. Brixton market is just round the corner. Dreamy place to live!

My room is very tall so I have a bed on stilts with a drop leaf desk and seating area below as shown, however it can also be a cosy ground bed with storage above as I currently have it (I can prepare it either way before your arrival).
